This will be a retreat designed to relax and rejuvenate your soul at a beautiful estate just outside of Yosemite. The 3 day event will include yoga, pilates, mindfulness + meditation, hiking, chef prepared meals and evenings by the campfire. It is a time for reconnecting mind + body + soul.
